• No In-out Timing Restrictions
• Tenant will be self responsible for his valuable belongings.
• Weekdays : 2 Meals (Breakfast, Dinner)
• Weekends :  3 Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Security will be only be refunded post checkout with in 7 days and will not be adjusted in last month or any other dues.
• Breakfast Timings :                7Am to 10 AM
• Lunch Timimgs :                     12:00 PM to 3 PM
• Dinner Timings :                      7:00 PM to 10;00
• Late payment charges @ Rs 100 per will be charged on late payments after 10th of every month.
• Rent cycle will be calculated from 1st to 30th of every month.
• Last day to serve Move-out Notice will be 10th of every month. No notice, served after 10th will be considered for security refund.
• Police Verification of every tenant is mandatory.
• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
• Over night stay of family members, if allowed, may be chargeable.
