    • Cluster manager have to handle all the work that goes on in the concerned departments.

Required Skills

    • Graduate. Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
    •  At least 2 years of experience with minimum 1 years of experience in managing one or more property and a team of 20
    • Proven leadership skills to create strong internal/external relationships, while being a global team player
    • Excellent operations/execution skills.
    • Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management, hotel operations
    • Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills
    • Provide guidance and assigns the tasks &responsibilities to team members according to skills and availability
    • Good communicator: written, in person and on the phone
    • Hands on experience with MS Office and relevant software, Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills
    • Good Knowledge of CRM/PMS Softwares
